This cake has a rich, dense, fudge like crumb with a thin paper parchment like top. It's delicious with a strong coffee or dessert wine. Amazing!
I have always loved baking. As often as I could, I would pack the kids' lunches with homemade treats. As they moved through school, they seemed to have extra friends hovering to enjoy their treats. A trade often took place, sometimes a whole lunch box swapped for a piece of homemade Fudge Cake .. what can you do 🤷
All purpose flour, unsalted butter, Belgian Callebaut dark chocolate, cocoa, caster sugar , brown sugar, free range eggs, milk, vanilla extract.
Our products are all hand made in our bakery where eggs, peanuts, sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts, milk, dairy and wheat or gluten are used, and consequently may contain or have traces of these allergens.
Cake is approximately 9.5 inches in diameter (245mm).
Best consumed within 3 days. Store airtight in a cool place.
