Parchment Fruit Cake

Mixed dried fruit, unsalted butter, sugar, self raising & plain flour, free range eggs, bicarb soda, almond & vanilla extract, lemon zest, sea salt.

Our products are all hand made in our bakery where eggs, peanuts, sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts, milk, dairy and wheat or gluten are used, and consequently may contain or have traces of these allergens.

Best consumed within a week. Store airtight in a cool, dark place. Cake weighs approximately 1kg.
