LORNA’S CARROT CAKE
This is one of the family greats. My Aunty Lorna always arrived from Cootamundra to Boorowa for afternoon tea with this carrot cake. Somehow no fuss and always perfect. Often served on Wedgewood plates after Aunty Marie's lovingly prepared roast lunch with all the trimmings. This is a classic moist carrot cake which never disappoints.
Self raising flour, all purpose flour, grated carrots, banana, olive oil, free range eggs, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, mixed spice, walnuts.
Our products are all hand made in our bakery where eggs, peanuts, sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts, milk, dairy and wheat or gluten are used, and therefore may contain or have traces of these allergens.
Cake is approximately 9.5 inches in diameter (245mm).
Best consumed within 3 days. Keep airtight in a cool, dark place.
