Our Springtime range of "Gateau de Voyage" introduces an Almond Croissant Travel Cake. I first tried this one many years ago from a Patisserie in Lyon, France . It was truly a moment in my life's baking journey. My mind was blown! It hit the sweet spot between the taste of an almond croissant and the texture of a delicious cake. We took it with us on the train journey to Paris and it still tasted amazing days later. Love the memories.
Flour, Almond Flour, Unsalted Butter, Sugar, Free Range Eggs, Milk, Baking Powder, Vanilla Extract, Almond Extract, Sea Salt, Almond Flakes.
Our products are all hand made in our bakery where eggs, peanuts, sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts, milk, dairy and wheat or gluten are used, and consequently may contain or have traces of these allergens.
Store in a cool dark place for up to a week.
Cake weighs approximately 1kg.
