These are a 70's classic! A tribute to one of my childhood faves, except these are home baked and way better. A soft textured biscuit with a hint of spice and delicious shiny icing, somedays pink, somedays white or somedays both. Yum 😋
Plain flour, unsalted butter, free range eggs, honey, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamon, crystallised ginger, lemon juice & zest, vanilla, beetroot powder, icing sugar, sea salt.
