LEMON BISCOTTI 

Anyone who has ever tried these, loves them, especially my dad 😜 ... They have a soft crumb and are light as a feather. The citrus gives them a lovely tang. Perfect for afternoon tea or with a sip of dessert wine. They are a tried and true recipe and back in my catering days were always on repeat. 

Self raising flour, unsalted butter, sugar, free range eggs, sour cream, vanilla, lemon zest.

Our products are all hand made in our bakery where eggs, peanuts, sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts, milk, dairy and wheat or gluten are used, and consequently may contain or have traces of these allergens.

Store in a cool dark place for up to a week.
